The role supports teamwork to deliver high-quality food and service, follows menu cycles and standardized recipes, ensures proper portions, adheres to sanitation, safety, and quality guidelines, documents temperatures for refrigeration and equipment, and maintains clean, organized work areas while addressing customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
