Job Summary
Provide dining service to residents, guests, and family members as needed by bussing soiled dishes for care center and AL dining areas. Prepare trays and serve food according to menus and therapeutic diet orders while following all food service policies to meet community standards. Maintain sanitary conditions by adhering to daily and weekly cleaning schedules and using the "clean as you go" policy for side stations and dining areas. Restock supplies as needed and practice all safety and loss prevention procedures. Maintain ServSafe Certification. Work a flexible schedule including nights, holidays, and weekends.
