Dietary Assistant

Work with the Food Service Manager and Dietitian to follow menus and production schedules, preparing, portioning, and serving meals according to therapeutic diets and resident preferences. Set up trays and place settings based on individual dietary needs, while assisting in stocking, storing food, and organizing supplies. Clean kitchen areas, dishes, utensils, and equipment per sanitation guidelines, and follow all food safety and infection control protocols. Assist during mealtimes to ensure timely delivery of food and support vending par level preparation. Maintain a neat and orderly work environment.
