Dietary Assistant

Distribute food in accordance with dietary guidelines and individual resident meals according to specified diet orders and approved substitute menu items. Prepare table set-up in rooms and bus tables after meals, then initiate resident tray service. Ensure quality and temperature of food items while delivering and retrieving trays by end of meal dining time. Organize and stock stations with supplies, enhancing workstation safety and sanitary conditions by picking up food and trash, cleaning tables, chairs, and food service equipment. No educational or experience required; a willingness to learn is needed.
