Job Summary
Assist in serving meals in a timely manner and help the cook with meal preparation and food production. Prepare and cook meals according to planned menus, standardized recipes, and special diet orders while following proper portion control and food safety procedures. Clean worktables, meat blocks, refrigerators, and kitchen equipment to maintain a safe, sanitary environment. Follow all dietary, sanitation, and infection control policies. Shifts available full-time, part-time, or PRN. Desired Qualifications
