Dietary Aide

Review menus prior to food preparation and inspect special diet trays to ensure accuracy. Process diet changes and new diets from Nursing Services, coordinating dietary service with the Dietician, Dietetic Technician, and other supervisors to implement recommended changes. Perform administrative duties including completing forms and reports for the Director of Food Services, while assuring all procedures follow established policies. Assist in establishing the food service production line to ensure timely meal preparation, manage dishwashing and cleaning procedures, and inventory incoming food and supplies. Working 11:30AM-7:30PM with every other weekend and holiday coverage.
