Job Summary
Assist with preparing, serving, and delivering resident meals while adhering to diet orders, portion guidelines, and food-allergy precautions. Collect meal trays, clean dining and kitchen areas, wash dishes and equipment, and stock food supplies to maintain a sanitary environment. Communicate resident meal concerns or preferences to team members and follow food-safety, sanitation, and infection-control procedures. Full-time or part-time roles available with flexible scheduling; weekend availability may be required. Join a supportive team at Valley Manor Health & Rehabilitation Center, serving the local community for over 50 years.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift or carry food-service supplies
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness, safety, and resident satisfaction
- Weekday and weekend availability
