Dietary Aide

Dietary Aide in a senior living facility. Responsibilities include preparing therapeutic desserts and salads, serving meals in the health center, setting up and breaking down dining room tables, transporting hot/cold foods and non-food items to and from the health center, maintaining sanitary work areas, adhering to dress code, attending in-service training, and performing duties assigned by the supervisor. Must understand and follow instructions in English, perform simple arithmetic, interpret diet orders and specifications, and collaborate closely with residents, guests, families, supervisors, and peers. Previous nursing home food service experience is preferred.
