Dietary Aide

Set tables, clear dishes, and serve residents and guests beverages in a restaurant-style dining atmosphere while adhering to food safety standards. Review daily menus with residents, assist the cook, and remove soiled linens from the dining room. Clean tables, chairs, and equipment, and support staff during special events, banquets, and theme meals. Acquire new residents with dining options and hours as needed. Weekends are required. This role contributes to a vibrant community where older adults thrive, supported by a team of over 1,000 employees across more than 25 locations in Illinois, Indiana, and Florida.
