Dietary Aide

Assist in preparing and serving meals following specified menus and dietary requirements, ensuring proper portioning, plating, and presentation. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and dining areas while stocking and organizing food and supplies. Collaborate with the dietary team to accommodate special dietary needs and provide friendly, attentive service to residents during meal times. This role supports the quality of life for aging guests and their families at the Summit Center for Health & Rehabilitation, a Certified Great Place to Work affiliate of National Health Care Associates.
