Job Summary
Dietary Aide at Citadel Healthcare in Sterling, IL, responsible for serving residents’ meals and assisting with cleaning routines in the dietary department. Responsibilities include ensuring meals are palatable and served on time, adhering to portion-control procedures, performing daily cleaning tasks, mopping/sweeping, washing utensils, setting up meal trays and dining areas, and supporting other duties as assigned.
