Dietary Aide

Initiate and complete food service tasks related to patient feeding, including operating dish machines, working the tray line, and washing pots, pans, and serving utensils. Load food trucks with meal trays, prepare hot and cold food items following approved recipes, and assemble and deliver patient trays. Maintain a clean and organized work area while conducting other cleaning duties as assigned. Set up and break down carts and trays as directed. Requires a high school diploma, ability to speak, read, and write English, and some knowledge of food preparation and sanitation. This position requires working at all sites: Dobbs Ferry Pavilion, Andrus Pavilion, and Parkcare Pavilion.
