Job Summary
Dietary Aide at Springpoint Senior Living in Manalapan, NJ. Responsibilities include preparing food for service in a sanitary fashion, operating and cleaning kitchen equipment, performing quality assessments, serving meals in the dining room in accordance with portion control procedures, setting tables, and applying knowledge of therapeutic diets as per diet orders. The role requires opening/closing side work and maintaining food service standards in a part-time evening shift (4:00 PM–7:30 PM). Education required is a high school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in food handling/food service is preferred and familiarity with diet terminology and operation of the food service department is desirable.
