Dietary Aide - South

Provides food service to residents, guests and employees in a senior living setting; prepares meal trays for residents according to diet orders (including puree diets); ensures meals are complete and delivered on time per schedule; operates and cleans kitchen equipment; maintains daily sanitation and proper storage of food products; adheres to facility policies, dietary policies and food-safety regulations; role is full-time with shifts 5:00 am–1:30 pm and every other weekend; location Roanoke, VA; requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching and the ability to lift or move objects weighing over 50 pounds; education requirement is a high school diploma or equivalent; food service experience preferred.
