Dietary Aide

Full-time dietary aide responsible for preparing, serving, and cleaning up meals for residents and staff in the nursing center. Assists the Cook as directed by the Food Service Director, transports food and equipment between stations, labels nourishments, portions desserts and other non-entrée foods, follows production sheets, and adheres to sanitation and safety standards. Works with residents and staff to ensure meals meet guidelines and supports meal service responsibilities and administrative duties. Requires ability to understand directions and reading skills; experience not required but preferred. Background screening as per Florida AHCA Clearinghouse is required.
