Dietary Aide

Assist the Food Service Director with preparing, serving, and cleaning up meals for residents and staff in the nursing center and special events. Carry pans, kettles, and trays between work stations, stoves, refrigerators, and dining rooms while preparing and labeling nourishments per center procedures. Portion desserts, salads, and non-entrée foods, pour beverages, and follow production sheets and pre-preparation guides. Maintain proper handwashing technique and complete all assignments in accordance with federal, state, and local standards. Full and part-time hours available; Florida AHCA background screening required.
