Dietary Aide

Prepare and serve meals to residents and staff in the nursing center, assisting the Food Service Director with food preparation, production, and clean-up. Carry pans, kettles, and trays between work stations, stoves, refrigerators, freezers, and dining rooms. Portion desserts, salads, and other non-entrée foods, pour beverages, and deliver nourishments to resident areas while following production sheets and pre-preparation guides. Maintain proper handwashing technique and adhere to federal, state, and local standards regarding food safety and sanitation. Full and part-time hours available with competitive pay.
