Dietary Aide

Dietary Aide at Solaris HealthCare Charlotte Harbor in Cape Coral, FL — provide meal support for residents and staff in a skilled nursing/rehab setting. Responsibilities include assisting the cook, carrying food and supplies between stations, preparing and labeling nourishments, portioning desserts and salads, serving meals, following production guides and proper handwashing, sanitation and food safety practices, and completing assigned tasks. Requires ability to read directions; experience not needed but preferred. Must pass Florida AHCA Clearinghouse background screening.
