Dietary Aide

The Dietary Aide will perform a variety of tasks for meal preparation, service, and cleanup for residents and staff in the nursing center and other events, assisting the Cook as directed by the Food Service Director. Responsibilities include carrying pans and trays between work stations, preparing and labeling nourishments, portioning and delivering desserts, salads, and beverages, following Production sheets and Pre-Preparation Guides, using proper handwashing techniques, completing assignments, and maintaining sanitation, safety, and food safety standards. The role supports general daily operations, resident rights and safety, and administrative responsibilities as part of Solaris HealthCare Charlotte Harbor's food service team.
