Job Summary
Dietary Aide in a skilled nursing facility with full-time/part-time options and weekend availability. Responsibilities include following department procedures, labeling and dating stored foods, maintaining proper food temperatures, overseeing food handling to prevent contamination, suggesting menu changes to utilize leftovers, cleaning equipment and storage areas, setting up tray lines, assembling trays according to planned menus and dietary needs, and checking trays for accuracy. Experience with food service in a healthcare or SNF setting is preferred; salary starts at $16+/hour (DOE).
