Job Summary
Conduct daily dining operations by greeting residents, coordinating with kitchen staff, and ensuring smooth service flow. Assist with meal preparation, stocking, serving, and post-meal clean-up to maintain adequate nutritional intake and sanitation standards. Manage pantry efficiency and answer resident requests professionally while supporting the training of new wait staff. This structured role serves the same residents each day in a calm environment at Ashby Ponds by Erickson Senior Living.
Required Qualifications
- Be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Flexible with schedule, available to work some weekends and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in a food service environment
