Job Summary
Dietary Aide responsibilities include engaging with residents to learn preferences, preparing and maintaining dining areas, assisting with menu selections, keeping areas clean and sanitized, and supporting a positive dining experience for seniors in the Wyomissing campus. Must be able to work a full-time 7am-2pm shift (32.5 hours/week) with every other weekend and holiday, in a community that provides competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for on-the-job training and advancement.
Required Qualifications
- Dining room/Kitchen-related experience preferred
- A positive customer service attitude
- Ability to work and collaborate well with others
- Multi-tasking capabilities
- Ability to perform the physical tasks required in this type of role
- Have the ability to understand and speak English at a level which allows the safe, efficient performance of the job
