Job Summary
Assist in food preparation, serving meals and snacks with portion control, and delivering trays to resident rooms or tables while adhering to dietary orders. Maintain kitchen and dining room cleanliness, sanitize utensils and equipment, and ensure proper food storage, rotation, and labeling. Monitor dishwasher temperatures, report faulty equipment, and reset dining areas for upcoming meals. Greet residents and visitors courteously while upholding confidentiality and dignity standards.
Required Qualifications
- Food Handler Permit as required by the State
Desired Qualifications
- Some High School education preferred
