Dietary Aide - Server - Assisted Living

Dietary Aide – Server in an assisted living community performing food preparation, meal service to residents, tray assembly and delivery, and maintaining sanitation standards. Responsibilities include serving meals and beverages with proper portion control, ensuring dietary orders and preferences are followed, keeping kitchen and dining areas clean, operating and inspecting dishwashers, storing and labeling food per state guidelines, coordinating with dietary staff on equipment temperature, following fire safety and infection-control practices, greeting residents and staff with respect, and preparing dining areas for subsequent meals. Requires ability to participate in training and adhere to core values of integrity, trust, commitment, and respect; Education: Some High School preferred; Food Handler Permit required by state.
