Dietary Aide - Server - Assisted Living

Dietary Aide - Server in Assisted Living provides food preparation and service, delivers meals to resident rooms or tables, and maintains cleanliness and safety in the kitchen and dining areas. Responsibilities include portion-controlled meal service, adherence to dietary orders and tray cards, sanitation of equipment and dining spaces, proper dishwashing and temperature checks, correct storage and labeling of food per state guidelines, and collaboration with dietary staff. Requires ability to follow facility safety, infection control, and confidentiality standards; includes training participation and performing other duties as assigned. Some high school education preferred. Located in Salem, Oregon with part-time shifts.
