Job Summary
Dietary Aide at Rosewood Rehabilitation & Nursing Center assists with meal preparation and serving, maintains a clean and organized dining environment, and collaborates with the dietary team to meet residents' dietary needs. Responsibilities include washing and peeling vegetables, setting up food stations, serving meals on schedule, inventory management, participating in special events, contributing to menu development, and keeping accurate records of food and supply usage. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent; prior food service or healthcare experience is preferred.
