Job Summary
Assist in food preparation and service in a skilled nursing facility, and maintain clean, sanitary kitchen and dining areas as directed by the Food Service Director or Cook. Follow health, sanitary and infection-control policies and adhere to the Dietary Policies and Procedures. Support the Food Service Director or Cook in delivering meals and ensuring quality service to residents. Education: HS diploma or current enrollment in HS; GED assistance available. Prior dietary aide experience in a skilled nursing home setting preferred. Shift opportunities include full-time and part-time roles with rotating weekends and holidays, and wage ranges between $14.00 and $15.75 per hour based on experience.
Required Qualifications
- Must be currently enrolled in a high school program or have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a dietary aide in a skilled nursing home setting preferred.
