Dietary Aide PRN

Dietary Aide PRN position in Dallas, TX. Responsibilities include assisting with food ordering, storage and preparation; supporting cooks as directed; preparing and labeling nourishments; portioning desserts, salads, and other ready-to-serve items; following production and pre-preparation sheets; washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables/fruits; slicing meat for menu compliance; cleaning the kitchen and equipment; and helping meet meal schedules. Must follow cleaning schedules and sanitation procedures, assist with dishwashing, and perform other duties as assigned. Education required: high school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in a large-scale cooking operation preferred. This is a PRN/part-time, on-site role at Brentwood Place Three in Dallas.
