Job Summary
Prepare and serve therapeutic diet trays to health center residents in accordance with posted menus. Wash silver, glass, and china in dish machines, maintain stock and sanitation levels in coffee and juice machines, and set tables to ensure workstations remain in proper order. Provide snacks and supplements per diet orders, take orders graciously, and clear dishes during and after meal service while ensuring all orders match physician directives. This part-time role supports Sedgebrook's hospitality-focused dining team, requiring strong communication skills and empathy for elderly residents.
Required Qualifications
