Job Summary
Dietary Aide is responsible for preparing food items and assembling prepared food for resident trays, delivering trays to dining areas or resident rooms. Also cleans and sanitizes kitchenware, equipment and work areas. Commitment to compassionate service, teamwork, and upholding quality standards in a not-for-profit senior living environment. Prior dining or customer-service experience is preferred; must be able to work in a fast-paced setting and communicate effectively with residents and teammates.
Required Qualifications
- Previous customer service and/or dining experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Capable of working independently or as part of a team
- Excellent customer service
- Strong communication skills
