Job Summary
Prepare meals, serve food, and clear dining tables while following residents' specific diets and food preferences. Take menu orders directly from residents and ensure all food handling techniques are followed to maintain a safe environment. Set and clear tables in dining rooms, ensuring proper sanitization throughout the process. Maintain a clean and sanitary workspace while supporting the team's culture of compassionate care for seniors.
Required Qualifications
- Have a valid Safe Food Handler's Certificate or willing to obtain
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada or have a valid work permit
- Must successfully pass a Vulnerable Sector Check and/or Criminal Record Check applicable to the appropriate province
Desired Qualifications
- Possess a Food Service Worker Certificate
