Dietary Aide - Per Diem

Conduct daily meal assembly, cold food preparation, and beverage service in the coffee shop while ensuring strict adherence to food safety and hygiene protocols. Set up and dismantle dining areas, perform kitchen maintenance, and assist with general cleaning duties. Manage patient meal orders via phone and support educational nutrition programs. Maintain current knowledge of facility-specific procedures and state regulations. Requires rotating day shifts with flexibility for every other weekends.
