Dietary Aide - Part-Time

Assist Cook as directed by the Food Service Director and perform a variety of tasks not requiring cooking skills in the preparation, service, and clean-up of meals for residents and staff in the nursing center and at special events, following current standards and Solaris HealthCare policies. Responsibilities include carrying pans, labeling nourishments, preparing and portioning desserts/salads/non-entrée foods, delivering to resident areas, following production sheets/pre-preparation guides, maintaining handwashing, completing assignments, and upholding sanitation and food safety practices. Education notes indicate ability to understand directions and reading ability; background screening per Florida AHCA Clearinghouse is required.
