Job Summary
Perform a variety of tasks for meal preparation, service, and cleanup for residents and staff in the nursing center; assist Cook as directed by the Food Service Director; carry pans, kettles, and trays to and from work stations; prepare and label nourishments; portions of desserts and other non-entrée foods; follow production sheets and pre-preparation guides; maintain proper handwashing and sanitation; ensure food safety and sanitation responsibilities are met.
