Dietary Aide Part-Time

Dietary Aide assists in meal preparation and service for residents in a healthcare or long-term care facility, following established menus and dietary guidelines (including diabetic, low-sodium, gluten-free diets). Responsible for attractive, timely meal service, proper portion sizes, and delivering meals to residents or patients. Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and dining areas, adheres to food safety regulations, assists with inventory, and supports residents with meal-related needs while collaborating with cooks and dietary staff to ensure efficient operation. Strong customer service and communication with residents, patients, and families. High school diploma or equivalent preferred; on-the-job training provided.
