Job Summary
Dietary Aide responsibilities include setting up meal trays, assisting with serving meals, operating the dishwasher, monitoring dishwashing water temperatures, preparing nourishments, sweeping/mopping the kitchen, and maintaining a clean, sanitary work environment. The role requires learning food service routines quickly, cooperating with dietary staff, and participating in orientation and ongoing training. Must obtain a food handlers’ certificate.
