Dietary Aide

Set up and serve meals in assigned dining areas while assisting residents with receiving food according to their prescribed diet plans. Clear and clean dining spaces, operate dishwashing equipment, and maintain food safety standards through proper storage, heating, and refrigeration. Complete required temperature logs, sanitize dishes and pots, and prepare salads, desserts, supplements, and snacks as needed. Provide friendly service to residents, families, and team members during the 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. day shift rotation. Work in a skilled nursing facility offering rehabilitation and skilled nursing care to residents.
