Job Summary
Assist on tray line and food preparation as necessary, storing supplies with proper labels for current and future use. Clean and maintain assigned equipment and work areas, including walls and ceilings, ensuring sanitary conditions while performing routine housekeeping tasks such as dishwashing, garbage disposal, and sweeping. Follow procedures outlined in Dietary Management Systems pertaining to the handling of all foods and perform all tasks in an essential and safe way. Remain flexible and adaptable in work schedules and assignments as defined by departmental and facility needs.
