Job Summary
Dietary Aide provides safe food preparation and sanitation in the cafeteria under Nutritional Services leadership. Responsibilities include coordinating cafeteria operations, stocking supplies, preparing salads and sandwiches, operating and loading dishwasher, cleaning and sanitation, date rotation, waste disposal, and adherence to HACCP, chemical handling, infection control, and handwashing practices. Performs other duties as assigned; on-site, part-time role.
