Job Summary
Assist in preparing and serving meals according to established menus and dietary guidelines, including special diets such as diabetic, low-sodium, or gluten-free. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in kitchen and dining areas, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal food safety regulations. Monitor inventory levels for food supplies and notify the dietary supervisor when restocking is needed. Provide excellent customer service to residents, patients, and families by responding to meal-related requests and preferences. Work closely with cooks and dietary supervisors to ensure efficient meal service operations.
Required Qualifications
