Job Summary
Assist in preparing and serving meals according to established menus and dietary guidelines, including special diets such as diabetic, low-sodium, or gluten-free. Deliver prepared food trays to residents or patients and maintain cleanliness and sanitation in kitchen and dining areas by washing dishes and sanitizing equipment. Monitor inventory levels for food supplies and condiments, notifying the dietary supervisor when restocking is needed. Provide excellent customer service to residents, patients, and families while working closely with cooks and dietary supervisors to ensure efficient meal service operations.

- Previous experience in food service
- Previous experience in a healthcare environment
