Job Summary
Dietary Aide assists the cook in preparing client and staff meals, serves meals during mealtimes, ensures sanitation and proper portion sizes, manages dietary substitutions and cards/menus, maintains dietary records, and participates in required trainings. Requires ability to lift 50 pounds, 21+ years old, background screening, and adherence to safety practices; role includes food presentation, adherence to individual client diets, and helping with events and team coordination.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
- Successful background clearance, physical and drug/alcohol screening
- Must be able to stoop, crouch and grasp
- Shall practice appropriate safety measures (e.g. wearing lifting belt, hand washing)
- Attends required training and team meetings
