Dietary Aide

Dietary Aide role in a long-term care facility responsible for a variety of tasks in the preparation, service, and cleanup for meals served to residents. Maintain an attractive, sanitary dining room; assist with food ordering, storage and preparation; assist cooks; prepare and portion nourishments, desserts, salads, and beverages; follow production sheets and guidelines; assist with washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables/fruits; ensure meals meet nutrition and menu requirements; clean equipment and kitchen, and help meet meal schedules. This full-time position is at Monarch Springs Wellness & Rehabilitation in University City, MO, and requires a high school diploma or equivalent with prior experience in a large-scale cooking operation preferred.
