Job Summary
Dietary Aide assists with meal service by assembling trays and delivering meal carts to nursing/dining areas, maintains cleanliness by disposing of refuse per procedures, manages supplies including FIFO rotation, prepares meals following menus and standardized recipes, portions and serves meals according to recipes and spreadsheet instructions, and sanitizes equipment. The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, food safety, resident satisfaction, and adherence to schedules in a fast-paced environment.
