Dietary Aide

Prepare and portion food, beverages, salads, and desserts for residents, employees, and special events using standardized recipes and proper food safety techniques. Serve meals accurately according to resident diet orders and preferences while maintaining attractive presentation. Ensure all food procedures, temperature logs, and sanitation protocols are followed, including dishwashing, equipment operation, and inventory verification. Record discrepancies, report stock issues, and maintain a clean, safe work environment. Collaborate with co-workers across departments and participate in in-service education as needed.
