Read production orders on diet cards to determine items for trays, then place utensils, napkins, and condiments accordingly. Prepare food items like sandwiches, salads, soups, and beverages under supervision, apportion servings, and examine trays for quality assurance before pushing carts to dining rooms. Wash dishes, clean work areas, and collect trash while recording special food items served to residents. Requires high school diploma, health regulation compliance, and ability to multi-task.
