Job Summary
Greet residents, connect with them before meals, and serve nutritious, comforting food while adhering to special dietary needs. Set up and clear dining rooms, wash dishes, sanitize kitchen areas, and assist with food preparation as assigned. Participate in special recreation events and help maintain a home-like environment for residents. Support your team as needed during daily operations. This role offers flexibility in shift scheduling and full extended health benefits upon eligibility. S&R Group prioritizes internal promotion and supports educational needs for its team.
Required Qualifications
- Certification in the Food Safety Awareness Course with recertification every 5 years
- Past experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or restaurant setting
- Vulnerable Sector Screening (VSS) check completed within the past 6 months
- TB 2 Step updated within the last year
