Job Summary
Prepare nutritious, timely meals and supplements for residents while maintaining safe and sanitary standards. Supervise staff during the Director of Nutritional Services' absence and attend required meetings and in-services. Present a professional image to consumers and adhere to company standards for resolving concerns while ensuring all resident rights are protected. Prior food service or long-term care experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Good verbal communication skills
- Ability to read and write English
- Basic understanding of cleanliness, organization and safety
