Dietary Aide- Laclede Groves PT Day/Eve

Dietary Aide performs dining service functions in skilled nursing and memory care settings, assisting residents with food and beverage choices while honoring dietary orders and allergies. Responsibilities include setting up dining rooms, preparing meals and beverages, ensuring proper temperatures and timely service, cleaning and bussing, and maintaining HACCP logs. Follows infection control procedures and safety protocols, reports hazards, and supports overall dining-service operations. Requires basic cooking skills, ability to read recipes and diet orders, willingness to learn, and certification in food safety handling (and Hepatitis A vaccination if applicable). Part-time day/evening shifts available at the Webster Groves, MO location.
