Dietary Aide

Assist with food ordering, storage, and preparation as designated by the supervisor. Prepare and label nourishment according to center procedures, portioning desserts, salads, and non-entree foods while pouring beverages. Follow production sheets and guidelines to wash, peel, cut vegetables, slice meat, and measure ingredients for menu compliance. Maintain an attractive and sanitary dining room by cleaning equipment, sweeping floors, taking trash, and washing dishes and silverware after each use. Assume responsibility for meeting meal schedules and complete other assigned duties as needed. Full-time day or evening shift eligible for benefits including 401(k), dental, health, life, and vision insurance.
